For most of my career I've worked in the marketing and advertising industry — a fast-paced world where creativity leads, deadlines are tight, and the work ranges from immersive brand experiences to game-like interactive campaigns. That environment shaped my instinct for creative problem-solving and rapid prototyping — and led to work recognised with an FWA Site of the Year award, among others.

But I've also spent significant time on the product side, building scalable platforms and tools that need to be maintained, extended, and relied upon long-term. I care deeply about software architecture, performance, and writing code that stays clean as it grows. As a technical lead, I've mentored engineers, set up CI/CD pipelines, and driven best practices around testing, accessibility and code quality.

That dual background, creative and product, is what I bring to every project. I often act as the bridge between creative ideas and practical implementation. Over the years that's taken me through projects with Nike, Google, Spotify, MSCHF, Volkswagen, and many others.

I've also been spending more time with AI tooling — context engineering, prompt design, and integrating LLMs into development workflows. It's a useful addition to the toolkit, not a replacement for thinking. Where I find it most interesting is on the engineering side: wiring models into products and designing systems where AI output is actually reliable.
